It is a wonderful legacy that we have inherited and which we steward; a part of good stewardship is supporting the church with our time, our energy and our money.

Donating to Holy Trinity

It costs over €150,000 a year to keep Holy Trinity running and thriving. This does not include additional money that also has to be raised for important ongoing maintenance and enhancement of church property.

Holy Trinity does not receive any financial support from the Anglican Church in the UK. To fund our mission, Holy Trinity has always depended on donations, legacy gifts and earned income from our assets.

Thank you for being a part of our Holy Trinity community. We are the church and and we open it to the world to share. It is only through your generosity that Holy Trinity can continue to flourish as a chaplaincy, now and in the future.

Donate by cheque

Cheques can be accepted from French or UK bank accounts.

Cheques from French Euro accounts should be made payable to "Association de l'Eglise Anglicane Holy Trinity Nice".

Cheques from UK or other Sterling accounts should be made payable to "Holy Trinity Nice Anglican Church" .

You can include your cheque in our Sunday collection at church, or mail it to Holy Trinity Nice, 11 rue de la Buffa, 06000 Nice.

Tax benefits

For taxpayers, donations to Holy Trinity Church are eligible to be declared to bring tax benefits.

UK tax payers who give in Sterling can use the 'Gift Aid Scheme' to provide Holy Trinity with an extra 25p for every pound given.

If you pay French income tax and you give to Holy Trinity by identifiable means (SEPA transfer or cheque) you may claim 66% of your giving (up to a limit of 20% of all your taxable income) from the amount of tax you would otherwise have to pay. In this way a gift of €100 would only end up costing you €34 once your tax payment had been adjusted the following year; we will provide official tax documentation for your tax submission.

Legacy giving

You can help ensure that Holy Trinity Church continues to be a strong, vibrant organization for many years to come by including the church in your will or trust, or as a beneficiary of other assets. For further information read about our 1822 Legacy Fund.
