Giving
As we are entirely self-supporting financially and receive no funding from the Church of England, it is only thanks to the generosity of our community and our visitors that we can continue to flourish.
It costs over €150,000 each year to keep Holy Trinity running and thriving; and this does not include the additional money that also has to be raised for essential ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our church properties.
“Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
2 Corinthians 9: 6-7
Ways you can give
Regular giving through donations and standing orders by those who are able, provides the ongoing funding that allows Holy Trinity to deliver and expand our services, maintain our beautiful historic church and cemetery, and provide a welcoming and affordable venue for concerts, community organisation meetings and other activities.
DONATIONS are always most welcome, and church members are encouraged to PLEDGE their giving on a regular basis.
Gifts of every size are welcome and impactful; giving is an individual or family decision, so listen to your heart and to the Holy Spirit.
And giving is not just about money, all of us can VOLUNTEER TIME and TALENT.
